Attention Disorders - ADD / ADHD

Attention disorders are frequently at the core of a child’s learning difficulties. Nutritional or biochemical issues are the major triggers in the majority of children seen at Learning Connections. Our programs address these issues and when combined with Learning Connections programs have a significant effect on attention.

The diagnoses of ADD/ADHD is given to many children without considering that their symptoms are also symptoms of:

• Auditory Processing Difficulties
• Poor Motor Sensory Integration
• Visual Problems (learning related)
• Nutritional and biochemical problems

and that these difficulties may coexist with and contribute to attention disorders. If a child has one or more of the above problems, Learning Connections can help. Learning Connections Programs can also assist those children on medication for their ADHD. Learning Connections can assist children with Attention Disorders to improve:
